Osvaldo and Gloria Gonzaga purchased a small "fixer-uper" condo, shortly before they became foster parents to a 3-month old baby with special needs. They made the tough decision to have Gloria leave her job to stay home with the baby, forcing Osvaldo to work 14+ hour days to make ends meet. While they can provide the love and care for their foster child, they have not been able to make the repairs to their home on one income.
